Mr. TVVSN Murthy

He is a Graduate in Chemistry and has a rich experience in bulk drug and pharmaceutical industry. He started his career in 1981 with Standard Organics Limited, Hyderabad, as a chemist in R & D. During this period he was instrumental in developing technologies and processes for several bulk drugs. He was actively involved in commercialization of products by scaling up the laboratory-scale process to pilot plant and up to commercial scales.

In 1984, he joined Cheminor Drugs Limited (Group of Dr Reddy's Limited Laboratory), Hyderabad as Production Manager. He played a major role in the substantial development of production and turnover. He played a key role in getting US FDA approval for Cheminor Drugs Limited. As a production Manager, he contributed a lot in process improvement and cost reduction procedures and to increase labour productivity by motivation.

He has been with SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited since 1990. He played a vital role in developing the production and R& D activities of SMS Pharma. He also played a major part in reducing the Ranitidine production Process from 7 stages to 4 stages.

He has vast experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. He has been associated with SMS Lifesciences India Limited since 2016. He always strives towards the product development and growth of the organisation.

Mr. TV Praveen

He is a post graduate in management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode and an engineering degree from BITS, Pilani. In his previous employment as Pharma Strategy consultant in Deloitte India he has travelled various countries and developed a large client base and relationships with many Pharmaceutical companies. He has the experience of working at Cognizant technologies. His innovative ideas in grabbing marketing opportunities were much rewarded in his previous employment. He held various leadership positions in college and has received many other awards and accolades.

He worked as Vice-President Marketing of SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited during the period from 2008 to 2017. During his stint in SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited, he was instrumental in significant growth in customer base and entry into new markets. He also played a pivotal role in existing products leadership and new product sales. He was actively involved in streaming company’s operational and regulatory functions.

Soon after demerger of SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited (Demerged Company), he has been elevated as Vice-President, Marketing of SMS Lifesciences India Limited(Resulting Company) in the year 2017.

Mrs. Sudeepthi Gopineedi

She is a post graduate from BITS-Pilani campus, with a Masters in Chemistry and Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering. Apart from securing multiple awards and distinction in academics, she has held various leadership positions in various social and cultural events at college and community level and received many accolades.

Before joining SMS Lifesciences, she has gained varied experience working in multinational technology companies like Amazon and Oracle in India. During her 7 year stay in USA, to increase her international exposure in business she has worked in multiple international organisations such as The World Bank, an international financial institution in Washington D.C, that provides loans and grants to the other countries and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, a health insurance conglomerate in Chicago, that provides health insurance to more than 106 million people in US and also has operations in 170+ countries.

During her 3+ year’s tenure in SMS Lifesciences, as GM (operations), she has pioneered many new initiatives to improve the overall Quality Management Systems and oversee the daily business operations. SMS Lifesciences Unit-1, during this term has successfully completed its first ever US-FDA audit and many other customer audits all of which have been instrumental for company’s growth.

Mr. P. Sarath Kumar

He is the founder partner of the Sarath & Associates. He is a Chartered Accountant with about 26 years of standing in the Profession of Chartered Accountancy and Consulting. He is a Graduate in Commerce and a Bachelor of Law. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner & Certified Forensic Accounting Professional. He had been a Partner of a leading Firm of Chartered Accountants in Hyderabad earlier and established this Firm in the year 1990.

He is an Advisor actively involved with C.I.D. of AP Police and Central Bureau of Investigation in investigation of major Economic Offence cases and is a Member of Multi-Disciplinary Investigation team, which investigated the famous Satyam Computers fraud case. He is one of the leading Consultants for Business Analysis, System Study and other areas of Consulting. He has been the guiding force behind the successful completion of every task in-front of S & A. He is an expert in Investigation Audits and is a visiting faculty at CBI Academy, SardarVallahbhai Patel National Police Academy, Andhra Pradesh Police Academy, A P Judicial Academy, National Academy of Direct Taxes, National Academy of Customs & Excise, ECIL, Midhani, HAL and other Public Sector Undertakings and deliver lectures on White Collar Crimes, Forensic Accounting, Anti-Corruption case investigations, Fraud Investigations etc., He had lead teams to carryout various types of Consulting and Audits, with specialization in Fraud Investigation and Forensic Accounting.

Dr. (Mr.) Mannam Malakondaiah

He is a retired IPS officer (1985 batch), retired as Director General of Police of Andhra Pradesh. Before his appointment as DGP, he was working as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of APSRTC.

• Worked as ASP in Mulugu and Warangal Rural.
• Worked as SP for Adilabad, Medak and Guntur Districts of Andhra Pradesh.
• Commandant in APSP, Kakinada, CISF, Vizag Port Trust, Addl. Charge of Vizag Steel Plant, HPCL etc.
• He was also SP of the Vigilance Cell and DG of Civil Supplies department.
• Group Commander, Grey Hounds (1985 – 2003).
• Jt. Managing Director, Vigilance and Security AP Transco (2003-2008)
• IGP Police Transport Organisation (2008-2010)
• Chairman, State Level Police Recruitment Board.
• Director, AP Police Academy and Telangana State Police Academy.
